Restore the Shore 2022

Pender & Coward rallied volunteers to return to our adopted shoreline along the Elizabeth River on June 11, 2022 to clean up debris that had accumulated since the firm's original Restore the Shore 2016 waterway cleanup and restoration.  Our volunteer group removed 1,200 pounds of trash and debris from the waterway and shoreline.  We enjoyed partnering again with the Elizabeth River Project and the City of Norfolk.  Pender & Coward waterfront law attorney Jim Lang spearheaded the 2016 and 2022 volunteer projects and asked community partners Elizabeth River Project and City of Norfolk to host the Restore the Shore 2022 cleanup.
