Jeffrey Gray and Daniel Berger Join Pender & Coward and Expand Business Litigation Practice

Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward is pleased to announce that Jeff Gray and Daniel Berger have joined the firm as attorneys focusing their practice on complex commercial litigation matters.

Jeff has 40 years of experience representing clients in business and commercial disputes, including banking, business divorce, insurance, and investment/securities industry matters.  Jeff has extensive jury trial, arbitration and mediation experience and frequently provides prelitigation counseling in matters likely to be tried in court.

Daniel has more than eight years of experience representing businesses and individuals in commercial disputes including contract law, unfair competition and trade secrets, professional liability, and business torts.
