Jessica Booth and Jesse Gordon Elected Pender & Coward Shareholders

Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward is pleased to announce that Jessica Booth and Jesse Gordon have been elected shareholders of the firm. 

Jessica focuses her practice in the areas of wills, trusts, estate planning and administration.  She represents individuals in estate planning to develop a personalized plan, to minimize estate tax payments, and to avoid probate.  Jessica also advises fiduciaries and beneficiaries in connection with estate and trust administration.  Jessica has been listed among Coastal Virginia's Top Lawyers and Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Stars. 

Jesse focuses his practice in the areas of construction law, government contracts and banking and financial institutions.  He represents contractors, subcontractors, owners and design professionals before courts, at arbitration, in mediation and before contracting boards. Jesse’s cases involve many different trades, including site work, electrical, mechanical, MEP design, pile installation, window installation and various finish trades. He also represents banks and financial institutions in litigation.  Jesse has been listed among Coastal Virginia’s Top Lawyers, Virginia’s Legal Elite and Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Stars.
